Description
Underwater wine from Lanzarote aged in handcrafted ceramic amphora beneath the Atlantic Ocean. A special edition that fuses the millenary tradition of amphorae with Nautilus's innovative underwater aging.
Tasting notes
Bright yellow with golden reflections. Complex and intense aroma, with notes of ripe fruit, white flowers and a subtle volcanic mineral touch. On the palate it is unctuous and balanced, with a fresh acidity and a persistent, elegant finish.

Pairing
Seafood, fresh fish, mild cheeses and appetizers. Perfect as a meditation wine.
